Roles and Responsibility :

·         Competes for service sales opportunities. Ensures that all necessary resources needed are used efficiently and effectively in order to close service sales in favour of the Company.

 

·         Identifies, develops and closes software sales opportunities for the service products by outbound telephone calls.

 

·         Builds and maintains relationships by telephone with customers and potential customers to allow service information to be communicated and strategic information to be gathered. Works together with field service sales to coordinate the approach on low revenue accounts as well as qualifies leads on high value accounts. Ensures the Forecast File and other sales tools being up to date.

 

·         Deals with low value/potential customers based on call lists and other tools; qualifies their business potential; develops business opportunities and growth by outbound telephone calls.

 

·         Accurately forecasts future business on a monthly basis, or at the request of the manager.

 

·         Plan for timely negotiation start with key accounts by planning activities well ahead and involving relevant functions such as Service Managers/Team Leaders,

 

·         Field Service Sales Representatives and others. Participate actively in local networks of service, support, customer services, marketing and finance to maximize area performance. Perform other tasks and accepts other responsibilities as determined by the Manager.
