Job Requirements :



A) Working with the project to deliver a supportable initial implementation

B) Transitioning into a knowledgeable E2E support engineer in the DevOps team,

C) Ensure the end-to-end SaaS landscape ie SaaS, Interfaces, Reporting, authentication, etc

D) Ensure the end-to-end SaaS landscape ie SaaS, Interfaces, Reporting, authentication, etc remains available, reliable, secure and compliant


Mandatory Qualifications and Skills:


A) Solid ServiceNow technical skills based on both trainings but also practical experience on ITSM modules

B) Mandatory requirement will be 24 months experience of Dev Ops with Service Now tool experience required

C) Minimum of 24 months experience with configuring and/or administering/supporting ServiceNow

D) ServiceNow platform upgrades experience

E) Awareness of ITBM, ITOM modules of Service Now

F) Minimum Education or Certification: 4-year Degree related to IT
