Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

 

Must have Skills : Cisco Wireless Good to Have Skills :Cisco Routing and Switching

 

Job Requirements : Certification:CCNA Wireless 200-355 -

 

Must to have CCNA Routing and Switching 200-125

 

Good to Have ITIL

 

Must to have Responsibilities Have hands on experience 6 - 10 years with In-depth knowledge in Wireless, routing switching technologiesDesign, implementation and support Wireless, LAN/WAN network with best practices

 

Configuration of different models of WLC, APs, Switches and Routers


Extract the heat map, AP positioning, channel overlaps and interference reports as and when neededIn depth troubleshooting related to Wireless and LAN/WAN related issues

 

Perform the regular Audits or run the compliance report regularly to make sure Wireless, LAN/WAN Infrastructure is smoothMonitor network performance and troubleshoot problem which is related to Wireless, LAN and WANMaintain the documentation and technical specifications informationMonitor and test network performance and provide network performance statistics and reportsAdhere to ITIL process
