Qualification    :  2-7 years of relevant US Recruitment Experience.


Job Description  : 


The Recruiter will be responsible for candidate pipeline development, both active and passive.

The role closing 3-4 open job requirements a month, including direct sourcing, initial screening and scheduling candidates according to job specifications.






-       Identify potential candidates through the use of intricate Boolean searches, user groups, social networking, candidate referrals, networking, web sourcing and ATS


-        Screen and pre-qualify candidates


-        Integrate diversity sourcing strategies into candidate development strategies


-        Collaborate with account manager / director to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow to meet overall recruiting     goals
