Role : SW/Application Tech Support Practitioner Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.



Must have Skills : Linux Operating System  L1 Support



Good to Have Skills : No Technology Specialty


Job Requirements :


Technical and Behavioral Skills: Graduate BTech/ BE 6 Months to 2 Years with penchant for troubleshooting LINUX/Operating System / Datacenter issues Knowledge on Incident Management, Server Operation Systems, FTP concepts, Networking concepts and Data Center etc


Exposure to monitoring tools Zabbix/Pingdom/OpTier/Solarwinds/Splunk etc(Any one of the tool)


Experience troubleshooting and debugging issues relating to application servers / web servers / SSL / AD in essential in addition to expertise in log analysis and SQL statements understanding


Any scripting experience would be an added advantage ITIL certification and Technical certifications like CCNA, RHCE/RHCSA, VCA, CLA, MCSE added advantage


Highly effective oral, written communication and presentation skills required Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Strong organization skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work


Should be flexible to work in 24x7 rotational shifts.
