Experience  7 + of overall experience with strong exposure in team handling for volume hiring

 

Qualification - Any Graduate

 

Shift:  Open

 

Skills:

 

More than 7 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring).

 

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for Volume hiring.

 

Responsible for stakeholder management.

 

Continuing to build a world-class talent acquisition team and run a large volume hiring team with efficiency month on month

 

Team Management : Assigning hiring targets of team members, ensuring congenial team atmosphere and performance management.

 

Vendor Management: Interfacing role with Placement Agencies. Sharing niche skill requirements to the right vendors and closely monitoring quality of resumes & hit ratio. Ensuring payment compliance.

 

Planning & Execution: Using analytics to understand current as well as future manpower needs. Meeting with business teams, placement agencies and internal team to arrive at plan of action.
